“When I started my coaching with Charlotte, I had only recently returned to training after several weeks off recovering post surgery, and as a result my fitness levels were quite low. My goal when returning to training was to get fitter, healthier and start running again. Charlotte worked with me, my desires and current fitness level to develop a hybrid training program, combining running, UBX and targeted strength training to build my aerobic and anaerobic base. Within this, Charlotte also worked with me to nail down my nutritional needs for the training, and it turns out I had been under-eating for a great deal of time and this was significantly hampering my training progress.

 

Charlotte has taught me a lot to assist me on my running journey including the benefits of Zone 2 and interval training which has seen my fitness levels, endurance and speed improve drastically over the past few months. I feel better physically and mentally from the numerous other changes we put in place, like daily steps, sleeping routines and water intake. Charlotte is now coaching me to achieve my first half marathon and marathon this year! I have seen great improvement over this time, improvement that I wouldn’t have seen if I was going about it alone."
