This is my TRAINING service if you want a personal trainer IN PERSON!
Out of Club Lime Redcliffe, I am offering face to face Personal Training sessions where we can work together to get you towards your FITTEST, STRONGEST and most CONFIDENT self!

$75 for 1x session per week (PLUS weekly personalised program and nutrition plan)
$120 for 2x sessions per week (PLUS weekly personalised program and nutrition plan)
